Because Chimera Clothing & Accessories sells handcrafted, high-quality garments we do not accept returns on any made-to-order products.
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns items that are unworn and has the hang-tag originally attached. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material. All returns must be approved prior to returning.
To start the return process please email Support@chimeraclothing.co for approval and details. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. Only clean, unworn items will be accepted for returns within 30 days of the date item was delivered to you.
